Return/Refund Policy

  • No Returns/Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds, so customers should be sure before placing an order.
  • Exception in Serious Cases: If a refund is granted in rare cases with a valid reason, 25% of the outstanding balance will be deducted. For example, if a customer has taken a monthly package and used it for 10 days or 2 weeks, 25% of the 2-week balance will be deducted, and the rest will be refunded.
